"Elgan Rees played 335 games for Neath between 1973 and 1988. I am young enough to remember his debut in 1973 against Cross Keys at The Gnoll on a wet April evening when he scored from his own line racing from the Town end to the Clubhouse corner (he was on the left wing !) for his first try and I think he scored
