8.2K views · 59 reactions | Shower backer board tips over concrete…the first row of screws/washers has to go through concrete in this shower. I’m using Tapcons instead of the normal Schluter screws. I dimple the Tapcon/washer so that it can be waterproofed. But frequently this first row is covered by the shower tray.
