INCIDENT SUMMARY – MEDICAL EMERGENCY The incident occurred near Warren Avenue and Chase Road in Dearborn, Michigan. I observed a vehicle traveling slowly through a red light, which immediately appeared unusual. As I looked closer, I saw a young girl inside the vehicle. She suddenly shifted the car into park, causing the vehicle to come to a complete stop. At that moment, I recognized that something was seriously wrong. I exited my own vehicle and moved into the roadway to block oncoming traffic
