I know this might sound unhinged, but every January I challenge myself. Many years ago, I did CrossFit. And I absolutely loathed burpees. Hated them. Despised them. Full-body disgust. If you’re wondering what a burpee is, let me save you the Google search. It’s terrible. Four years ago, I decided to do something that still feels questionable. I committed to doing burpees every day in January. Here’s the twist. Every year, I add one more burpee. So because it’s 2026, I’m doing 106 burpees a day.
