Young boys arrested for motor napping in Dumaguete City Three young boys were arrested in relation to motor-napping early morning of January 22, Tuesday at around 1 am in Barangay Taclobo, Meciano Road, Dumaguete City. The suspect were Alyas Lorenzo, Alyas Rondel and Alyas JC.
