Let’s be clear folks. The 4th Amendment doesn’t require a police officer to tell you the reason for the stop at the initial contact. The summons serves as the notice of infraction. You don’t get the luxury of anything other than providing your identification and credentials for the vehicle. Don’t be fooled by this dude on the scooter.
