This workout is based on a plan from the Royal Canadian Air Force called the 5BX Plan. As with all my Living Room Workouts, you can scale this to your fitness and ability level — and there’s nothing “wrong” with that at all. As you go through this workout, keep a notebook handy so you can jot down your reps for each exercise. That way, when you do this workout again, you can track your improvement. Here is the workout: 1. Bend and reach, 2 minutes 2. Hollow rocks, 1 minute 3. Arch-ups, 1 minute
