Highlighting one of our many workshops for the HOL retreat— “Healing Intergenerational Trauma & Building Emotional Resilience in the Lao Diaspora Community”!!! We got to dive into so many honest reflections on how we are breaking cycles of generational trauma harm violence AND what it means for some of us to be the first in our family to do the “inner work”.
