Commuters can expect slowdowns and delays as New Jersey Transit service restoration is still underway after disruptions caused by the weekend's winter storm. NJ Transit says bus, light rail and Access Link will operate on regular weekday schedules on Tuesday.

The Arctic cold following Sunday’s winter storm has affected trains, planes and cars, and now ice is disrupting ferry service. Ice floes in the Hudson River have made it resemble a set from the movie Titanic and are disrupting commuter ferries and some barge traffic on the river this week.
